Welcome to Palette Kit. By accessing or using Palette Kit (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. App Description

Palette Kit allows users to test color palettes on various UI templates, providing a platform to visualize and refine design aesthetics before implementation.

3. Ownership and Licensing

Upon purchasing a package, users may download the provided boilerplate code to create their own applications. Users maintain ownership rights to the applications they develop using the boilerplate code. However, users do not gain ownership or rights to resell or redistribute the boilerplate code itself. Native Express retains all intellectual property rights to the boilerplate code.

4. User Obligations

By using the App, users agree to:

  • Use the boilerplate code in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any part of the App or provided boilerplate code.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling or redistributing the boilerplate code provided by Palette Kit.
  • Developing or distributing applications that violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Palette Kit's systems or other users' accounts.

6. Refund Policy

All sales made through Palette Kit are final. Palette Kit does not offer refunds for any purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability

Native Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Palette Kit or any applications created using the boilerplate code provided by Palette Kit.

8. Governing Laws

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Updates to Terms

Palette Kit may periodically update these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of any material changes through an email sent to the address associated with their user account. Continued use of Palette Kit after such notifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
